		<description>Well, my wife and I had this very problem. I went so far as to TIME how long it takes to do each. Believe it or not, it takes longer to set it down.

Long story (read fight) short - I brought up the suggestion of each making sure that the seat AND the lid were down after use. That way we both were accountable for something.</description>
